Frozen HeArt is one of seven paintings in the Beautiful Hearts Series. The painting was created by pouring paint with a mixture of water and glue onto a plastic sheet that had old paint and wrinkles in it. The canvas was then laid face down on top of the plastic, and took three days to dry. As an artist, I did not know how it would turn out. The only thing I could control was the size of canvas, and the color choice. Everything else was left up to chance.

Beautiful Hearts Series was inspired by a lyric in P!nk's song "Walk Me Home". From there, I wanted to create something that was representative of many lives using a heart, or heart themed. In particular, I wanted to focus on the life of a being, and the emotions behind that being. The colors and materials used in the painting reflect that.
