Thoughts on the Prairie is a self-portrait dedicated to reflection on heritage and homeland. Specifically, I focused on blending myself within the environment, while also having a well known landmark and Nebraska symbol stick out. I believe that both these approaches united the piece, along with medium-toned and neutral colors.
